Where is my confirmation email?

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive an email as soon your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find these emails please check your junk folder.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days as long as it is in its original condition. We will NOT accept returns with any make up marks or signs of wear. Unfortunately sale items, swimwear and bodysuits are all non-returnable. We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must email bravuraboutique@live.co.uk for the correct returns address before sending any item back.

Where is my order?

Orders are dispatched first class via Royal Mail and take 1/4 working days to arrive for UK residents. If you still have not received your order by the stated delivery time then direct message us with your order number on instagram @bravura_boutique or email us at bravuraboutique@live.co.uk 

How can I contact you?

Email us at bravuraboutique@live.co.uk or direct message on instagram @bravura_boutique. If it is an order enquiry please include the name the order was placed with and the order number. Please be aware emails can take up to 48 hours to be replied to, depending on the volume we receive.

How do I clean my products?

All products are hand-wash ONLY unless stated so on the label. This is because most of our products are made from delicate materials that are not suited to machine washes.
